Where is my data stored?

Encrypted at rest in Postgres (Neon) in our US-East region. Platform access tokens encrypted with AES-256-CBC.

Is my data used to train models?

Never. Your data is yours. Our AI provider has zero data retention on API traffic — your data is never used to train models.

Are you SOC 2 compliant?

Type II audit in progress — expected by Q3. Available on request to Pro plan users.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account. Wipes everything within 7 days, confirmed by email.

Flat monthly fee — Free forever, Starter ($49 founding / $99 at launch), or Pro ($99 founding / $299 at launch). No seats, no per-account charges, no overage surprises. Annual billing saves 20%.

Is there a free trial?

The free plan is yours forever — dashboards and data, no card needed. Paid features can be trialled; reach out and we'll set you up.

Refunds?

First 14 days, full refund. After that, prorated to the day.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Prorated, no fees. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
